Sports Development
The Sports Development team offers advice and support to sports clubs within the Wyre Forest district. Working together with the Herefordshire and Worcestershire Sports Partnership, the team helps clubs work towards achieving “Clubmark” - the nationally recognised accreditation for sports clubs.The support offered to clubs includes: locating training courses for sports coaches, advising on policies such as child protection and offering an administration service.

Sports Centres
The following sports and leisure centres are owned by Wyre Forest District Council and are managed on behalf of the Council by Wyre Forest Leisure Community Association.- Wyre Forest Glades Leisure Centre includes a large multi purpose sports hall, leisure pool, gym, bar and catering, creche, squash courts, studio and meeting room.
- Stourport Sports Centre has a sports hall, traditional swimming pool and gym.
- Bewdley Leisure Centre has a sports hall and outdoor pitches.
